Team,
This coming game we will be going to a 10 player batting rotation. I understand that we all
have commitments and jobs that keep us from attending every practice. But it is not fair to
the guys that make it to practice most of the time. We will never improve as a team if we
do not practice. This is affecting our team morale.
God Bless,
Coach

I AGREE WITH THAT ONE.ITS REALLY STARTING TO AFFECT OUR TEAM,NOTE I SAID TEAM WITH ONLY 5 PEOPLE FROM OUR TEAM AT PRACTICE.USUALLY THE SAME 5.BUT THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.I LOVE THE 5-6 I PRACTICE WITH BUT IT REALLY WORKS YOUR NERVES,TO THE POINT US 5 GOT A LITTLE SNAPPY FOR A SECOND WITH EACHOTHER YESTERDAY,CAUSE WE WANT TO WIN AND WE ALL LOVE BALL BUT GET FRUSTRATED WITH THE AMOUNT OF PARTICIPATION FROM THE WHOLE TEAM.THATS HOW I FEEL ANYWAY.AT LEAST IF I STINK DURING THE GAME I CAN SAY IVE BEEN AT EVERY PRACTICE TO TRY TO GET BETER,CAN YOU?COACH IS RIGHT THIS IS A GOOD CHANGE!DONT LOOK TO PUSH BLAME ON HIM.THIS WAS A MULTIPLE PLAYER/COACH DECISION.AND IF YOU ARE MAD,BLAME YOURSELF.
GOD BLESS,
J. WOOD S.R.
